Abstract

The management of promotional media is a determining and supporting factor for tourism development.  This  study aimed  to  analyze  how  tourism  managers  use  and  maximize  promotional  media  in  managing  tourist  destinations  in  a  tourism  object  known  as Agrowisata  Persemaian Permanen  Garahan  Cluster  Durian  Wisata  Pinus  Sidomulyo  in  Jember and what impact this has on the number of tourist visits. This study used qualitative methods by conducting interviews and direct observation, tracing all documentation and literature related to promotional media management. The results of this study showed that the management of promotional media through social media, brochures, and pamphlets effectively increase  the number  of  tourist  visits  to  Agrowisata  Persemaian  Permanen Garahan Cluster Durian Wisata Pinus Sidomulyo in Jember.
